We understand that accidents and normal wear and tear do happen. With that in mind, we include a non-refundable 8% service charge on all contracts, which covers basic damage and minor nicks to our equipment while it is in your care. The service charge covers all normal wear and tear of times with the exception of items that are lost, go missing, or are improperly used, neglected, or vandalized.

If any items are broken or damaged, rendering our equipment non-functional, we will charge full retail replacement costs for each item.
